Living Research 2018 - I'm off to China!

I'm very excited to announce that I have been selected to be a participant in the The British Council and the Arts and Humanities Research Council Living Research Project 2018.

On March 31st myself and 7 other participants travel to Chengdu and Xi'an in China.

The aim of the programme is to uncover the local ecosystem of creative practitioners, academics, industrial design houses, makerspaces and technology hubs, and how the UK maker culture could meaningfully engage with them. As participants we will collaborate with local makers and academics to gain a deeper understanding of the maker sector in each city.
